Massage Therapist: Elora Selby

Elora is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing in BC since 2000. She is also a certified group exercise instructor who has been teaching since 1995.

She strongly believes that the combination of Massage Therapy and the pursuit of an active lifestyle will help people to achieve optimum musculokeletal health. Elora uses a variety of soft tissue techniques including, Myofascial release, Trigger Point therapy, Deep Tissue release, Sports Massage and Swedish Massage techniques to develop a treatment plan in order to reach the individual goals she sets with her patients. Elora and the team at Chiropractic for Life, Massage and Acupuncture strive to achieve the highest possible level of customer service by offering flexible, extended hours, and by providing an educational office environment to learn and grow in health together.

Massage Therapist: Brooke Norbury

Brooke attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, in her native city of Victoria B.C, graduating from the 3000 hour program in summer 2005. Massage uses a hands on approach to care for the body and mind, as well as aid in the healing process.

Brooke uses a variety of Massage Techniques including Swedish and deep tissue massage for both therapeutic and relaxing effects. She combines massage with appropriate remedial exercise for a proactive approach to health care. Her objective is to help patients regain a sense of health and wellness.
